2025年に京都市北区に生まれた音（音楽）のための複合施設「FOR M／KYOTO」は、音楽レーベルpenguin market records の拠点です。初めて訪れる場所ですが、物語が果てしなく生まれそうな素敵な雰囲気が感じられて、この新しい場所で演奏させていただくことを今からとても楽しみにしています！さらに、今回はメンバーとも長く交流のある表現者で、penguin market records のYasutaka Okada の演奏もたっぷりと聞いていただけます。彼の生み出す大きな音の世界とのセッションも予定されていますので、どうぞお楽しみに！CuT SUIKA with OBATA JIN and SHOJI WATARU のライブでもアルバムリリース予定の曲はもちろん、即興演奏、フリースタイルラップ、ポエトリーも交えてのライブをお届けします！たくさんの「YAHHO！ Hello！」の飛び交う日になりますように！

自身の作品のサウンド全てを奏でる。
宇宙のエネルギー/死後の世界/民族意識とのシンクロ/自然界との関わりを音の波動として世界に解き放つ。
まるで一つの映画を観ているような表現は、目を閉じ感覚の一つを遮断することでより深い世界へと誘う。

【Kyoto Edition】CuT SUIKA with OBATA JIN and SHOJI WATARU｜YAHHO TOUR 2025

FOR M/KYOTO, a multi-purpose facility for sound (music) born in Kyoto's Kita Ward in 2025, serves as the headquarters for the music label penguin market records. Though it's my first time visiting, the place has a wonderful atmosphere that feels like endless stories could unfold there, and I'm already looking forward to performing at this new venue! Additionally, this event will feature a performance by Yasutaka Okada of penguin market records, an artist with whom I've had a long-standing connection. A session with the vast sound world he creates is also planned, so please look forward to it! At the live performance by CuT SUIKA with OBATA JIN and SHOJI WATARU, we will deliver a live show featuring not only tracks from the upcoming album but also improvisational performances, freestyle rap, and poetry! May it be a day filled with countless “YAHHO! Hello!” exclamations!

Performer

Born in Kyoto in 1985.
Contrabass/daxophone/synthesizer/guitar/piano/field recording/etc...
He performs all the sounds in his own works.
He releases the energy of the universe, the afterlife, synchronization with ethnic consciousness, and the relationship with nature into the world as sound waves.
His expression, which is like watching a movie, invites you into a deeper world by closing your eyes and blocking out one of your senses.
