WORLD STAGE is an 12-week musical project where Japanese participants and international residents in Japan come together as one team to create a musical performance, overcoming differences in language and culture.

◼Our Goal

To deliver one message together, no matter our background, circumstances, or nationality.

◼Our Message
By living wholeheartedly, even in our imperfect moments,
we may have the power to change someone’s life.

◼Story
This is the story of people who once couldn’t believe in happiness, until they learned to believe in someone else’s happiness.

Once a year, a wedding party is created entirely by first-year employees. The rookies, full of mistakes and insecurities, are given one important mission:
To create the happiest day of someone’s life.

They throw themselves into preparing for the bride and groom.
But things quickly begin to fall apart.
The dancing is messy.
The food is behind schedule.
The decorations are far from complete.

Each rookie struggles with their own weaknesses, and conflicts begin to rise.
“Can we really make someone happy…?”
Even so, they keep moving forward, supporting one another.

Then, just before the big day,
the groom reveals a shocking truth.
Everything almost comes to a stop.
In that moment, one rookie begins to speak with a trembling voice.
It’s okay to be clumsy.
It’s okay to look uncool.

What matters is having the courage to give your whole heart to someone else.
The music starts.
They dance.
They sing.
They celebrate.
