〇館内改修工事のお知らせ
国立競技場では以下の日程で改修工事を予定しています。
工事期間中、 3階貴賓室の室内はご覧いただけますが、貴賓室からテラスに出てフィールドを見学いただくことはできません (4階展望デッキ、2階観客席からは従来どおりフィールドを見学いただけます)。
対象期間中にスタジアムツアーへ参加を検討の方は、この点をご理解のうえチケットを購入いただけますようお願いします。
ご不便をおかけしますが、ご理解・ご協力をよろしくお願いします。
工事期間：7月23日～8月5日(予定)
対象エリア：3階VIP貴賓室周辺
〇Notice of renovation work inside the building
Renovation work is scheduled for the National Stadium on the following dates.
During the construction period, you will be able to view the interior of the VIP room on the 3rd floor, but you will not be able to go out to the terrace from the VIP room to view the field (you will be able to view the field as usual from the observation deck on the 4th floor and the spectator seats on the 2nd floor).
If you are considering participating in the tour during this period, please understand this point before purchasing your ticket.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

〇東京2025世界陸上競技選手権大会が国立競技場で開催されることに伴い、8月11日～9月30日までスタジアムツアーの開催はございません。10月以降の開催は、スケジュールが確定しだいホームページにてご案内させて頂きます。ご不便をお掛けしますが、ご理解の程宜しくお願い致します。
〇Due to the Tokyo 2025 IAAF World Championships being held at the National Stadium, there will be no stadium tours from August 11th to September 30th. As for the tours from October onwards, we will announce them on our website as soon as the schedule is confirmed. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

〇参加当日は、ツアー開始15分前に千駄ヶ谷門側Aゲートに集合してください。
〇On the day of your tour, please arrive at Gate A on the Sendagaya Gate side at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.
〇参加日前日および当日のチケット購入には、クレジットカード決済のみご利用いただけます。
コンビニ支払いはご利用いただけませんので、ご注意ください。
〇Tickets purchased on the day before or the day of the tour can only be paid for by credit card.
Please note that convenience store payment is not available.
〇大人1名につき、未就学児2名まで無料で入場いただけます。
〇Up to two preschool children may enter for free per adult.
〇取替・変更・キャンセルについて
チケットの種別、理由の如何にかかわらず、購入後のキャンセル・返品は一切できません。なお、本サービスで取り扱うチケットについては、クーリングオフは適用されません。
不可抗力によるイベント中止の場合等は、主催者の決定に基づき、払い戻しを行います。
但し、この場合チケットを破損・紛失したり、甚だしく汚損し判別しがたい場合、一切払い戻しは致しません。また、払い戻しの対象はチケット代金のみとなり決済に関わる手数料の返金は行いません。なお、返金までに4週間ほどお時間をいただく場合がございます。
〇Exchanges, changes and cancellations
Regardless of the type of ticket or reason, cancellations or returns are not possible after purchase. Please note that the cooling-off period does not apply to tickets handled through this service.
In the event of an event being cancelled due to force majeure, refunds will be made based on the organization's decision.
However, in this case, if the ticket is damaged, lost, or so damaged that it is difficult to identify, no refunds will be given. In addition, only the ticket price will be refunded, and fees related to payment will not be refunded. Please note that it may take up to four weeks for the refund to be processed.
〇チケットの紛失・不携帯・非表示
国立競技場スタジアムツアーへのご来場時にチケットを持参いただけない場合はご参加いただけません。また、ご来場時にQRコードを表示する電子端末の故障、充電切れ等の理由でQRコードの表示画面が確認できない場合も、ご参加いただけませんのでご注意ください。
〇Lost, unattended or hidden tickets
If you do not bring your ticket with you when you arrive at Japan National Stadium Tour you will not be able to participate. Also, if you are unable to see the QR code display screen due to a malfunction or dead battery on the electronic device that displays the QR code when you arrive at the stadium, please note that you will not be able to participate.
〇車いす等ご利用の方は、事前に「info@jns-tours.com」 へお問合せください。なお、介助を必要とする方（車いす利用など）1名につき、介助者1名は無料となります。
〇If you are using a wheelchair, please contact us in advance at info@jns-tours.com. For each person requiring assistance (wheelchair users, etc.), one caregiver will be admitted free of charge.
〇お客様のお荷物はお預かりすることができません。事前にロッカー等へお預けのうえ、ご来場ください。
〇We are unable to store your luggage. Please leave your luggage in a locker or similar facility before coming to the venue.
〇チケット購入者および来場者は、以下の事項にあらかじめ同意し、参加するものとします。
・当法人または当法人が指定した者が、来場者個人の肖像を含む静止画、映像を撮影すること。
・この静止画、映像が、当法人の公式メディア、および当法人が認めた者によるメディア等での報道、各種制作物等で使用される場合があること。
〇Ticket purchasers and attendees must agree in advance to the following conditions before participating:
- The organization or someone approved by the organization may take still images and video of attendees, including portraits of individual attendees.
- These still images and video may be used by the organization's official media and by someone approved by the organization in media reports, various productions, etc.
