国立競技場では以下の工事、作業を予定しています。
当日の運営状況により、陸上トラック見学エリアの一部が制限される場合がございます。
対象期間中にスタジアムツアーへ参加を検討の方は、この点をご理解のうえチケットを購入いただけますようお願いします。
ご不便をおかけしますが、ご理解・ご協力をよろしくお願いします。

〇Notice of In-Facility Construction
The following construction and work is scheduled for the National Stadium.
Depending on the operational status on the day, access to the track viewing area may be restricted.
If you are considering participating in a stadium tour during this period, please understand this before purchasing your ticket.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

〇参加当日は、ツアー開始15分前に千駄ヶ谷門側Aゲートに集合してください。
〇On the day of your tour, please arrive at Gate A on the Sendagaya Gate side at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.
〇参加日前日および当日のチケット購入には、クレジットカード決済のみご利用いただけます。
コンビニ支払いはご利用いただけませんので、ご注意ください。
〇Tickets purchased on the day before or the day of the tour can only be paid for by credit card.
Please note that convenience store payment is not available.
〇大人1名につき、未就学児2名まで無料で入場いただけます。
〇Up to two preschool children may enter for free per adult.
〇チケットの変更・キャンセルについて【重要】
チケット購入後の、日付・時間の変更及び、キャンセルは一切できません。（本サービスのチケットにはクーリングオフ制度は適用されません）。
内容をよくご確認のうえご購入ください。また、お問い合わせをいただいても対応いたしかねます。
やむを得ずイベントが中止となった場合は、主催者の決定に基づき払い戻しを行います。
ただし、チケットを紛失・破損・汚損した場合は払い戻しできません。
払い戻しの対象はチケット代金のみで、手数料の返金はいたしかねます。
返金には最大4週間ほどかかる場合がございます。
〇About Ticket Changes and Cancellations [Important]
No changes to dates or times, nor cancellations, are permitted after ticket purchase. (The cooling-off period does not apply to tickets for this service).
Please carefully review the details before purchasing. We are unable to accommodate inquiries regarding this matter.
In the unavoidable event of event cancellation, refunds will be issued based on the organizer's decision.
However, no refunds will be issued for lost, damaged, or defaced tickets.
Refunds cover only the ticket price; service fees are non-refundable.
Refund processing may take up to 4 weeks.
〇チケットの紛失・不携帯・非表示
国立競技場スタジアムツアーへのご来場時にチケットを持参いただけない場合はご参加いただけません。また、ご来場時にQRコードを表示する電子端末の故障、充電切れ等の理由でQRコードの表示画面が確認できない場合も、ご参加いただけませんのでご注意ください。
〇Lost, unattended or hidden tickets
If you do not bring your ticket with you when you arrive at Japan National Stadium Tour you will not be able to participate. Also, if you are unable to see the QR code display screen due to a malfunction or dead battery on the electronic device that displays the QR code when you arrive at the stadium, please note that you will not be able to participate.
〇車いす等ご利用の方は、事前に「info@jns-tours.com」 へお問合せください。なお、介助を必要とする方（車いす利用など）1名につき、介助者1名は無料となります。
〇If you are using a wheelchair, please contact us in advance at info@jns-tours.com. For each person requiring assistance (wheelchair users, etc.), one caregiver will be admitted free of charge.
〇お客様のお荷物はお預かりすることができません。事前にロッカー等へお預けのうえ、ご来場ください。
〇We are unable to store your luggage. Please leave your luggage in a locker or similar facility before coming to the venue.
〇TEKETの個人アカウントメニューより適格請求書発行事業者登録番号（インボイス番号）対応の領収書を発行・ダウンロードすることができます。領収書発行には、TEKETへの無料会員登録が必須となりますのでご注意ください。
〇You can issue and download receipts with your Qualified Invoice Issuer Registration Number (invoice number) from the personal account menu in TEKET. Please note that free membership registration with TEKET is required to issue receipts.
〇チケット購入者および来場者は、以下の事項にあらかじめ同意し、参加するものとします。
・当法人または当法人が指定した者が、来場者個人の肖像を含む静止画、映像を撮影すること。
・この静止画、映像が、当法人の公式メディア、および当法人が認めた者によるメディア等での報道、各種制作物等で使用される場合があること。
〇Ticket purchasers and attendees must agree in advance to the following conditions before participating:
- The organization or someone approved by the organization may take still images and video of attendees, including portraits of individual attendees.
- These still images and video may be used by the organization's official media and by someone approved by the organization in media reports, various productions, etc.
