■年末年始休業のお知らせ
本年も、多くのお客様にスタジアムツアーに参加いただき、ありがとうございました。
誠に勝手ながら、スタジアムツアー事務局は年末年始に伴い、下記の期間を休業とさせていただきます。
休業期間：2025年12月27日〜2026年1月4日まで
休業期間中にいただきましたお問い合わせにつきましては、1月5日以降に順次対応させていただきます。
1月3日、4日開催のツアーに関する緊急のご連絡はメールにてお願いします。
お客様にはご不便、ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
■館内回収工事のお知らせ
下記工事期間中、 3階貴賓室の室内はご覧いただけますが、貴賓室からテラスに出てフィールドを見学いただくことはできません (4階展望デッキ、2階観客席からは従来どおりフィールドを見学いただけます)。
対象期間中にスタジアムツアーへ参加を検討の方は、この点をご理解のうえチケットを購入いただけますようお願いします。
▶工事期間：2026年1月26日～2026年2月13日(予定)
▶対象エリア：3階VIP貴賓室周辺

■ 集合場所・時間
ツアー当日は、開始15分前までに「千駄ヶ谷門側Aゲート」にお集まりください。
すべてのツアーにはツアーガイドが同行します。
開始時刻を過ぎてのご来場は、ご参加をお断りする場合がございます。
その際の払い戻しはできませんのでご注意ください。
※別の時間枠に空きがある場合は、当日に限りご参加いただけるよう調整いたします。
■ 決済方法
参加日前日および当日のチケット購入は、クレジットカード決済のみご利用いただけます。
コンビニ支払いはできませんのでご注意ください。
■ 同伴入場について
大人1名につき、未就学児2名まで無料で入場いただけます。
■ チケットの変更・キャンセルについて【重要】
チケット購入後の、日時・時間の変更は一切できません。
チケット購入サイトのシステム上、変更やキャンセルの対応ができませんので、内容をよくご確認のうえご購入ください。また、お問い合わせをいただいても対応いたしかねます。
購入後のキャンセル・返品も一切できません（本サービスのチケットにはクーリングオフ制度は適用されません）。
やむを得ずイベントが中止となった場合は、主催者の決定に基づき払い戻しを行います。
ただし、チケットを紛失・破損・汚損した場合は払い戻しできません。
払い戻しの対象はチケット代金のみで、手数料の返金はいたしかねます。
返金には最大4週間ほどかかる場合がございます。
■ チケットの紛失・非表示について
ご来場時にチケットをお持ちでない場合、ご参加いただけません。
QRコードの表示ができない（端末の故障・電池切れ等）場合も同様ですのでご注意ください。
■ 車いす・介助について
車いすをご利用の方は、事前に「info@jns-tours.com」までご連絡ください。
また介助が必要な方1名につき、介助者1名は無料でご参加いただけます。
■ お荷物について
お荷物はお預かりできません。ロッカー等をご利用のうえご来場ください。
■ 領収書の発行について
TEKETの個人アカウントメニューより、インボイス番号対応の領収書を発行・ダウンロードできます。※領収書発行にはTEKETへの無料会員登録が必要です
■ 写真・映像の撮影について
チケット購入者および来場者は、以下に同意したものとします。
当法人または指定業者が、来場者の肖像を含む写真・映像を撮影する場合があります。
撮影された画像・映像は、当法人公式メディアや報道・制作物等に使用される場合があります。

■Notice of Year-End and New Year Holidays
Thank you to all our customers who participated in stadium tours this year.
Please note that the Stadium Tour Office will be closed for the year-end and New Year holidays during the following period:
Closure Period: December 27, 2025 to January 4, 2026
Inquiries received during the closure period will be addressed sequentially starting January 5.
For urgent matters regarding tours scheduled for January 3 or 4, please contact us via email.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
■Notice Regarding Indoor Renovation Work
During the construction period below, the interior of the 3rd-floor VIP Lounge will remain accessible for viewing. However, visitors will not be able to exit the VIP Lounge onto the terrace to view the field. (The field can still be viewed as usual from the 4th-floor observation deck and the 2nd-floor spectator seats.)
If you are considering participating in a stadium tour during the affected period, please understand this restriction before purchasing tickets.

■ Language Support
This website is available in Japanese only.
If you need another language, please use your browser’s translation function.
Tour guides will conduct tours in Japanese only.
English information materials are available for loan upon request.
■ Meeting Place & Time
On the day of your tour, please gather at Gate A (Sendagaya Gate side) at least 15 minutes before the tour start time.
All tours are accompanied by a guide.
Please note that late arrivals may not be permitted to join the tour, and no refunds will be provided.
If there are vacancies in another time slot on the same day, we will make arrangements for participation if possible.
■ Payment Methods
For ticket purchases made on the day before or on the day of the tour, only credit card payments are accepted.
Convenience store payment is not available.
■ Admission for Children
Up to two preschool children may enter for free per one paying adult.
■ Ticket Changes and Cancellations 【IMPORTANT】
Once your ticket has been purchased, no changes to the date or time can be made.
Due to system limitations, no changes or cancellations can be processed after purchase.
Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
Inquiries regarding changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason after purchase.
(Please note that the cooling-off period does not apply to these tickets.)
If the event is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, refunds will be issued according to the organizer’s decision.
However, refunds cannot be made for lost, damaged, or defaced tickets.
Only the ticket price will be refunded—handling or processing fees are non-refundable.
Please allow up to four weeks for the refund process.
■ Lost or Unavailable Tickets
If you do not bring your ticket on the day of the tour, you will not be able to participate.
Please note that you will also be unable to participate if your QR code cannot be displayed due to device malfunction or a dead battery.
■ Wheelchair Users & Assistance
If you use a wheelchair, please contact us in advance at “info@jns-tours.com”
One accompanying caregiver may join free of charge per participant who requires assistance.
■ Personal Belongings
We are unable to store personal belongings.
Please use coin lockers or similar facilities before arriving.
■ Issuing Receipts
Receipts (compliant with the qualified invoice system) can be issued and downloaded from your TEKET personal account menu.
Please note that a free TEKET membership registration is required to issue receipts.
■ Photography and Video Recording
By purchasing a ticket and attending the tour, participants agree to the following:
The organizer or its designated staff may take photos or videos including images of participants.
Such photos or videos may be used in official media, reports, or promotional materials authorized by the organizer.
