本ページは 「個人用」チケット購入ページ です。
20名以上の団体で参加をご希望の方は、以下のフォームよりお申し込みください。

■ 言語対応
本サイトは 日本語対応のみです。
他言語をご希望の方は、ウェブブラウザの翻訳機能をご利用ください。
また、ツアーガイドは「日本語のみ」の対応となります。
ご希望の方には英語資料をお貸し出しいたします。

■ 集合場所・時間
ツアー当日は、開始15分前までに「NTTドコモ ゲートE（外苑門）」にお集まりください。
すべてのツアーにはツアーガイドが同行します。
開始時刻を過ぎてのご来場は、ご参加をお断りする場合がございます。
その際の払い戻しはできませんのでご注意ください。
※別の時間枠に空きがある場合は、当日に限りご参加いただけるよう調整いたします。

■ 決済方法
参加日前日および当日のチケット購入は、クレジットカード決済のみご利用いただけます。
コンビニ支払いはできませんのでご注意ください。

■ 同伴入場について
大人1名につき、未就学児2名まで無料で入場いただけます。

■ チケットの変更・キャンセルについて【重要】
ご購入後のチケットは、理由の如何を問わず、日付・時間・券種の変更、キャンセルおよび払戻しは一切お受けできません。
また本サービスのチケットにはクーリングオフ制度は適用されません。
日付・時間・券種・人数を十分にご確認のうえご購入ください。
なお、お問い合わせをいただいた場合でも、上記対応はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
やむを得ずイベントが中止となった場合は、主催者の決定に基づき払い戻しを行います。
払戻しはご購入時の情報に基づき行います。ご購入情報の確認ができない場合は、払戻しの対象外となります。
払い戻しの対象はチケット代金のみで、手数料の返金はいたしかねます。
返金には最大4週間ほどかかる場合がございます。

■ チケットの紛失・非表示について
ご来場時にチケットをお持ちでない場合、ご参加いただけません。
電子端末の故障、紛失、通信不良、充電切れ等で、二次元コードの表示ができない場合も同様ですのでご注意ください。

■ 車いす・介助について
車いすをご利用の方は、事前に「info@jns-tours.com」までご連絡ください。
また介助が必要な方1名につき、介助者1名は無料でご参加いただけます。

■ お荷物について
お荷物はお預かりできません。ロッカー等をご利用のうえご来場ください。

■ 領収書の発行について
TEKETの個人アカウントメニューより、インボイス番号対応の領収書を発行・ダウンロードできます。※領収書発行にはTEKETへの無料会員登録が必要です

■ 写真・映像の撮影について
チケット購入者および来場者は、以下に同意したものとします。
当法人または指定業者が、来場者の肖像を含む写真・映像を撮影する場合があります。
撮影された画像・映像は、当法人公式メディアや報道・制作物等に使用される場合があります。

■ Language Support
This website is available in Japanese only.
If you need another language, please use your browser’s translation function.
Tour guides will conduct tours in Japanese only.
English information materials are available for loan upon request.

■ Meeting Place & Time
On the day of your tour, please gather at NTT docomo Gate-E (Gaien Gate) at least 15 minutes before the tour start time.
All tours are accompanied by a guide.
Please note that late arrivals may not be permitted to join the tour, and no refunds will be provided.
If there are vacancies in another time slot on the same day, we will make arrangements for participation if possible.

■ Payment Methods
For ticket purchases made on the day before or on the day of the tour, only credit card payments are accepted.
Convenience store payment is not available.

■ Admission for Children
Up to two preschool children may enter for free per one paying adult.

■ Ticket Changes and Cancellations 【IMPORTANT】
Once purchased, tickets cannot be changed (including date, time, or ticket type), canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
Furthermore, the cooling-off period does not apply to tickets purchased through this service.
Please carefully verify the date, time, ticket type, and number of attendees before purchasing.
Please note that even if you contact us, we will be unable to accommodate the requests mentioned above.
In the event that an event is unavoidably canceled, refunds will be issued based on the organizer’s decision.
Refunds will be processed based on the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to verify your purchase information, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds apply only to the ticket price; service fees are non-refundable.
Refunds may take up to four weeks to process.

■ Lost or Unavailable Tickets
If you do not have a ticket when you arrive, you will not be able to participate.
Please note that the same applies if you are unable to display the two-dimensional code due to a malfunction, loss, poor connection, or a dead battery on your device.

■ Wheelchair Users & Assistance
If you use a wheelchair, please contact us in advance at “info@jns-tours.com”
One accompanying caregiver may join free of charge per participant who requires assistance.

■ Personal Belongings
We are unable to store personal belongings.
Please use coin lockers or similar facilities before arriving.

■ Issuing Receipts
Receipts (compliant with the qualified invoice system) can be issued and downloaded from your TEKET personal account menu.
Please note that a free TEKET membership registration is required to issue receipts.

■ Photography and Video Recording
By purchasing a ticket and attending the tour, participants agree to the following:
The organizer or its designated staff may take photos or videos including images of participants.
Such photos or videos may be used in official media, reports, or promotional materials authorized by the organizer.
